Initially, the company provided IT education to school and college students, housewives, senior citizens and working professionals in its state of the art education centre at Vivek Vihar, New Delhi. However, later in the year 2001, it diversified its operations to impart IT and other training to employees of private and public sectors including PSUs such as Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, Income Tax Department (TRPS), Indian Airlines (now Air India), Karkardooma Courts, NTPC, State Bank of India etc.

Preet Kapoor is an Electrical Engineer from Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology, Post Graduate in Power System Monitoring and Control from IIT Kanpur, did Senior Management Project Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Course from IIT Delhi, Power System Protection and Instrumentation Certificate Program from PSTI, Bangalore, and Management Development Programme for Senior Level officers at Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi.
Vastly experienced in Power and IT industry, he successfully worked on Hydro Electric Designs and Power Projects, Power Systems Planning and handled various important assignments as Deputy Director in the Regional Electricity Board, Ministry of Energy, Government of India.
Founded a Computer parts trading company in USA, which crossed sales of over USD 6 million in three years. Further, as founder of AMS Informatix Inc, he did pioneering work to bring 250 Software engineers from UK, Singapore and India to USA for providing IT consulting services in Fortune 500 Companies during the period 1995 -2006. Full IT migration work was triumphantly undertaken for the sixth largest Bank (Fleet) in USA for consecutive three years.
Having an impeccable record for successful investments in the real estate in India and USA (California, Hawaii & Florida), he organised Computer Managed Training services for masses in India and many start-up companies in USA since 2005. He has also made Investments in big companies like Infinera and Legal Zoom to name a few, acquired major milestones with multimillion dollar infusion at the time of Initial Public Offerings.
